You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

Non-Returnable Items

Because we sell electronic gadgets and accessories, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items missing accessories or parts (e.g., cables, packaging)

  • Items beyond the 7-day return window

  • Final sale or clearance products


🔁 Replacements (If Applicable)

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will:

  1. Verify your claim with photos/videos

  2. Send a free replacement

  3. Or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable


💰 Refunds

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation once completed


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Depending on your case:

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect → We cover return costs or offer no-return refunds

  • If the customer changes their mind → Customer covers return shipping


📦 Wrong Address or Missing Package

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout

  • The package was marked as delivered by the carrier

🕒 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchasing.
After this time, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.
